View ProfileLaura Ferrario
Italy (IT)
She deal with Visual Design with the sole objective of making every single project to measure and always placing her customer in the center to convey her message to the target audience in the most direct and immediate way. The phrase that best describes her philosophy is: for all those companies that want to move at the pace of the world, but catch the glance of those who observe them. Reaching this goal is not easy, due to the amount of visual input that everyday life exposes us to; this is why we need to make ourselves as recognizable as possible, and capture our viewers’ attention with few, but well-defined messages. Creativity thus becomes the most important means to convey the visual message, by attracting the attention of its viewers, even if just for a second. In brief: being memorable! In a world in which everyone races each other to get ahead, it is crucial to understand how people observe things and how important it is to offer clear and visually impactful communication. This is the winning approach, which she had implemented over time for the most diverse customers, and which has allowed me to maintain that openness of mind and that creative freshness necessary to guarantee surprising and unpredictable solutions. Because working in different fields every day means having only one specialization – Quality.

Taiwan (China) (TW)
Hsin-Chen, Lin and Zi-Yun,Hsu decided to design a music product based on their upbringing with music. They recalled their own learning experiences and realized that if they could break away from traditional learning methods and focus on a "play" approach to learning, it might be more suitable for inspiring children to explore music freely. To create a music exploration toy with "play" as its core, the selection of sounds became especially important. They captured the synthesizer sounds from their childhood electronic games and hoped to use the synthesizer as a medium for children to freely control the variation of sounds. Considering the infinite learning ability of children today, they added a MIDI output port to the toy, allowing it to also become a tool for composition in the future.
View ProfileEleonora Federici
Italy (IT)
Eleonora lives by the inspirational words of Henri Matisse, “creativity takes courage.” Fascinated by the Arts and Nature, she believes that Design can express the beauty of the human soul. But to do so, an artist must be brave and bold enough to show it to the world. This belief began for Eleonora at a very young age. She grew up at “Gioielleria Marinone” (Pavia, Italy), the jewelry store founded by her parents Anna Maria and Daniele in 1980. She spent years surrounded by love and encouragement in an environment rich in inspiration and creativity. There, she learned and improved her skills, and her lifelong passion for precious stones was born. After graduating with honors in Modern Literature with a focus in Modern Art, Eleonora moved to Milan to further pursue her passion for art and jewels. She studied Gemology at the “Istituto Gemmologico Italiano,” of which she is a member. She is also a member of the “Associazione Italiana Gemmologi” (the only Institution recognized by the Italian government.). Her continued curiosity and love for jewelry led her to first learn how to create models by carving the wax by hand, and then to later also acquire bench jewelry skills. In 2021, Eleonora moved to Carlsbad (California, USA) where she completed the Jewelry Design & Technology Program at the world-renowned Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Incorporating the most advanced, cutting-edge technologies in design and manufacturing, Eleonora provides clients with superior technical expertise and practical skills, while also preserving the ties to classic Italian handcrafting traditions. Her designs reflect a beautiful balance of history, craftsmanship and state-of-the art techniques. Eleonora has spent years honing her skills and her artistry has flourished. She has the confidence to boldly express her creativity through her work. She is firmly dedicated to quality and the creation of unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that are true, wearable pieces of art.
