Furthermore, I have been a final judge for Future Ideas Amsterdam, Adobe Achievements Awards 2014-present, the A' Design Awards, and the Grand Jury Panel at Vega Digital Awards. As a judge, I have assessed campaigns from companies like Porsche, McCann Stockholm, FOX Networks Group Spain, BBC, Jaguar, and eBay. I have also taken on important leadership roles in the industry, serving as the chair of the Media Awards Judging Committee for the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Additionally, I have facilitated the World Design Challenge on Sustainable Packaging, which focuses on UN Sustainable Development Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. Furthermore, I have served as a peer reviewer for the Journal for Artistic Research. As a professor at various esteemed American universities, I have shared my wealth of knowledge and experience with the next generation of professionals. Gunther Pelgrims (1980) is a Belgian designer passioned about working with wood. His passion for wood started very early resulting in his daily profession as interior woodworker. His extended experience in fabricating high-end, made to measure interiors has given him all skills and know-how to express his creativity into his own designs. All of his creations exudes “true” craftmanship and are born from the desire to make unique and functional objects with a modern twist. By using pure and naturel materials Pelgrims’ designs are timeless and universal.

Hugo Charlet is an emerging furniture designer with an engineering background, he graduated in material engineering from the French university Arts&Métiers ParisTech. In 2018 he moved to Milan to pursue a master’s degree in Furniture Design at Politecnico di Milano, after which he worked at Michele De Lucchi's studio for his final internship. In 2020, he moved back to France to work on personals projects and opened his own studio in his hometown of Chamonix Mont-Blanc. In furniture design Hugo found the perfect medium for his creative expression. His trademark is a perfect symbiosis between beauty and simplicity. He likes to say that beauty and manufacturability are two sides of the same coin. Moreover, his work is often tinted with humor and playfulness. He says that he always remained a child at heart and describes himself as a dreamer.
