Wearable Ventilation System
Mashav is a wearable ventilation system that provides comfortable, breathable protection in hot conditions. It uses the "Chimney Effect" to create air circulation within the garment and includes a solar ventilation system in the hood to enhance airflow to the neck and head. Inspired by the traditional "Galabiya" dress worn by Bedouin society in the desert, Mashav combines traditional clothing with modern design. The project offers a solution to the increasing demand for protective clothing as temperatures rise due to the climate crisis and a fresh perspective on the evolution of apparel.
