Incubation Center
This space was once an abandoned factory located in a warehouse park district. As the mottled texture of the old factory buildings presents a historical look, the designers retain its appearance, using minimal decorative materials to keep the beauty of time to breathe new life into space. The concept of architecture within architecture is utilized to introduce three-dimensional architectural thinking into the space. The idea of multilevel extensions is applied to enrich the space which was once an abandoned factory.

Office
The project, 1362 square meters, challenges to integrate the space which was originally five independent small offices. By presenting design elements of the natural forces, designers metaphorically depict the characteristics of Internet connection. The pentagonal stereoscopic ceiling, connected but in independent shapes, symbolizes the clouds in the sky. The lightning grille that links with the clouds ceiling and responds to the contrasting lines on the floor cohesively directs the flow in the space. They all visually symbolize the massive and rapid flow of information in the I.T. industry.
